SOLO EXHIBITIONS
CURATED BY ONE
ONE ZA'ABEEL, DUBAI, OCTOBER 9 – NOVEMBER 7, 2025
WITH THE COLLABORATION OF AERLUME ART
Following an inaugural edition featuring internationally acclaimed artist Diana Al-Hadid, Vlad Pocol was invited as the second artist to present a solo exhibition within the Curated at One programme. Bringing together major works from his Riyadh exhibition alongside a new piece unveiled to the public for the first time, the presentation positioned Vlad Pocol’s practice within the evolving cultural landscape of the region.

FROM ROOTS TO VISION. A MIGRATION.
AHLAM GALLERY, RIYADH, MAY 4 - JUNE 2, 2024
SUPPORTED BY THE EMBASSY OF SWITZERLAND
This solo exhibition was structured in three chapters: Heritage, Transition, and Vision. Through paintings, sculptures, and installations, Vlad Pocol reflected on his family history of migration and his personal experience in Riyadh, engaging with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 as a metaphor for balancing roots with aspiration.
